I would not recommend using it on a real server, the captcha logic is weak, easy to bypass, and can punish players incorrectly through normal inventory clicks. The config is poorly handled, with crash risks, broken messages, and some options that are simply ignored, player state and cooldown cleanup are incomplete, which can cause problems over time, the code feels rushed and barely tested.
It needs a major rewrite before it can be considered reliable.
