Void and fall damage are cancelled before any plugin
can see them.

Teleports to the exact spawn set via /setspawn,
including the correct facing direction. Falls back
to world spawn if EssentialsSpawn is not installed.

Players receive a brief blindness effect after being

✅ Configurable Teleport Delay
Set how many ticks to wait before teleporting.
Default is 3 seconds — gives a dramatic effect
before pulling the player back to safety.

Resets fall distance throughout the rescue to prevent
Minecraft's "fell from a high place" death message
