Players shouldn't get to teleport, hop dimensions, or abuse portals whenever they feel like it. With Teleport/Portal Blocker you decide exactly when, where, and for whom every form of travel is allowed.

Gate the End behind an advancement. Make players earn portal access by mining or building. Block portal creation, deactivate Nether Portals, or lock the whole thing down. It's your server — these are your rules.
