This update cleans up MayorSystem integration behavior and keeps sell-bonus messages easier to read.

• Updated the MayorSystem integration to use the new public addon API.
• SystemSellAddon now registers its MayorSystem economy perk section through the addon API.

Fixed

• Mayor sell-bonus chat messages no longer prepend the MayorSystem title/prefix.
• Sell-bonus messages now stay clean even if the MayorSystem title format is customized.
