Installation:
1. Put the plugin JAR into your plugins folder.
2. Start or restart the server.
3. Edit config.yml if needed.

Quick setup:
1. Use /setspawn to set the main spawn.
2. Use /setwarp <name> to create warps.
3. Use /sethome [name] to create homes.
4. Test teleport requests with /tpa, /tpaccept and /tpdeny.
5. Use /mutechat, /clearchat and /broadcast for chat management.

Config:
- Prefix is configurable
- Messages are configurable
- Teleport delay is configurable
- Home limit is configurable
- TPA timeout is configurable
- Spawn protection radius is configurable
- PvP in spawn can be enabled or disabled
