SentinelCore 3.1.0 - My security project from the last 2 years
Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on this plugin for over 2 years now. It’s basically been my main passion project, and I’m finally posting it here because I want to get some honest opinions. I’m really looking to see what you guys think I should improve to turn this into a truly "finished" professional tool.

What is it? SentinelCore is built for server security. It’s meant to protect you from the stuff that keeps server owners up at night—malicious code, "backdoored" plugins, and players who are just trying to find a way to take over your server.

It’s not a miracle fix that stops everything, but it gives you the tools to actually fight back. The thing I’m most proud of is the Sandbox Mode. It basically wraps every plugin in its own "box" so they can’t execute code or access things they aren't supposed to.

Requirements:

• Spigot/Paper 1.20 or higher
• Java 17 (or newer)
• At least 512MB RAM

How to set it up: It’s pretty simple—just drop the

sentinelcore-3.1.0.jar
into your plugins folder and restart. It’ll generate all the default configs automatically in the
/SentinelCore
folder.


Commands (You can use /sc or /pm):

• /sc list & /sc info: Keep track of what's running and see the details.
• /sc backup & /sc restore: I added this so you can quickly save your plugins and rollback if something breaks.
• /sc scan & /sc risk: Use these to check for malicious stuff or see if a plugin is "risky."
• /sc sandbox status: Check on the sandbox settings.
• /sc check & /sc update: This handles the auto-discovery for plugin updates.

Permissions:

• sentinelcore.use
  (Basic access)
• sentinelcore.admin
  (For backups/restoring)
• sentinelcore.security
  (For scans and risk analysis)
