ReportToxicity has been updated to 0.3.8.

This is the consolidated release since 0.3.2 and includes:
• Paper and Spigot support from 1.21.x through 26.1.x
• Server local moderator notes
• Server local archive
• Queue first delivery with background sync
• Rewritten /rt status output
• Additional security, reliability, and staff workflow improvements

Important upgrade note:
Update your config.yml and replace the old punishments: block with the new moderation: block. The old keys are ignored.
