Pathetic!
The permissions do not work as intended. After every update, you are required to delete some files and lose your configurations if you've done any in those files-to-be-deleted.
The support discord is terrible, there's no management in there at all.
They have asked one of their friends (admin in their discord server)) to leave a 5-star review as well.

This plugin is one of the best I've tried, I'm a professional Minecraft developer and I spent hours looking for one with these requirements. I recommend it.
