PluginDoctor Update
This update focuses on making scans cleaner, more accurate, and easier to read on larger servers.

New Command Scanner

• Added /pd scan command <command>
• Example: /pd scan command /msg
• Shows which plugin is currently handling a command
• Shows which plugins use the command as a main command or alias
• Shows known aliases for that command
• Detects command overrides from commands.yml
• Works with or without /

Better Scan Pagination

• Main scans are now paginated
• Only 5 plugins are shown per page
• Added clickable Next and Previous page buttons
• Command conflict results now support pages
• Dependency details now support pages
• Makes PluginDoctor much easier to use on servers with lots of plugins

Command Conflict Fixes

• Commands are no longer shown as conflicts when only one plugin is actually using them
• Improved detection of which plugin is really taking priority

Health Score Improvements

• Missing soft dependencies no longer lower plugin health scores
• Soft dependency warnings can still be shown, but they are treated as optional
• Disabled plugins no longer lose health twice

Scan & Report Improvements

• Added scan cooldowns to prevent spam
• Added report cooldowns to prevent spam
• Prevented multiple scans from being started at the same time
• Improved update-check caching so repeated scans are faster
• Improved report file naming so reports do not overwrite each other

Large Server Improvements

• Better support for servers with high plugin counts
• Cleaner scan output
• Less chat spam
• More accurate plugin health results
• More reliable command conflict detection

Priority detection is now much stronger

Added /pd scan command <command> to search which plugins are using a specific command and which plugin is taking priority

Added paged results to anything showing more than 5 selections

Soft dependencies no longer affect your plugins health scores

- Added more informative dependency information

- Fixed issue with plugins taking priority over others not being displayed correctly

- Multiple display fixes
