- Fixed an issue where loot dropped from mobs could not be automatically picked up.
- New feature: Added auto-pickup support for all items. All items can now be automatically picked up with a single setting.
- Added a "none" option for all players to pick up items without requiring permissions. This can be configured in the config and works without any permission nodes.
