Plugin works fine. I had an issue with Polish letters (ń, ć). The reason of this is that the default config.yml is encoded in ANSI instead of UTF-8. Second thing - when calling /nv reload from console, an error is thrown. But overall, good job!

I am sorry for the issues that you're having, I am currently working 10 to 16 hour shifts at work, and Summar gonna hit hard soon for my job. I am also having PC trouble, But when I have the time and my PC is fixed I will gladly fix the issues!

Works perfectly, you need to change the sound names though otherwise it will drop an error, you can fix that by going to the config.yml and doing these changes.

Enable: "ENTITY_EXPERIENCE_ORB_PICKUP"
Disable: "ENTITY_BAT_DEATH"
Reload: "ENTITY_PLAYER_LEVELUP"
DeniedPermission: "BLOCK_SLIME_BLOCK_BREAK"

Thanks for the review, Some bukkit sounds are different than others cause of versions. Thats why you get a error, sorry.
