GraveCore LITE v1.3.0 - Stability Update

This is a maintenance update focusing on core stability. We have patched several edge-case bugs to make the plugin safer and more reliable!

️ Bug Fixes & Improvements:

• Dupe Glitch Patched: Fixed a critical exploit where players could steal items from the GUI if an admin initiated a server reload/restart while the menu was open.
• Ghost Holograms Fixed: Resolved an issue where server restarts would cause holograms to freeze or duplicate. The plugin now actively cleans up orphaned holograms on startup.
• Physical Grave Breaking: Breaking a grave chest with a pickaxe instead of opening it now correctly triggers all core events (hologram removal, item drops, etc.).
