FZLandSell — GriefPrevention Land Market Plugin
Sell, Buy & Trade GriefPrevention claims through a beautiful in-game GUI market!

✨ Features:

    • Plot Market GUI — Beautiful chest-based marketplace with sorting, pagination, and player balance display
    • Sell & Buy Claims — Players can list their GriefPrevention claims for sale with custom prices and reasons
    • Plot Preview — Spectator mode teleport to preview plots before buying, with configurable boundary markers (glowstone/any block)
    • Land Leaderboard — See who owns the most land! Top 10 players get special tags (LAND GOD, LAND LORD, etc.)
    • ⚔️ Combat Tag System — Anti-exploit: Players in PvP/PvE combat cannot teleport or buy plots. Includes anti-combat-log (death on logout)
    • Title Screen Prompts — All sell questions appear as big bold titles on the game screen, not boring boss bars
    • Buy/Sell Notifications — Both buyer and seller see title messages on screen when a plot is sold
    • Auto-Teleport on Buy — Buyers are automatically teleported to their new plot after purchase
    • Tax System — Configurable server tax on all sales
