- Adoption rewards now go to the submitter (not the reviewer): paid instantly if online; if offline, the money is deposited via Vault and the items + messages are queued and delivered on next login
- The Upload Knowledge icon now shows the reward you'll get when your submission is approved
- Main-menu icons are permission-gated: Review / Chat History / Knowledge Base are visible only to reviewers (exai.op); regular players don't see them
- Reviewers are reminded of the pending-review count when they log in
- Offline rewards are persisted: new ex_pending_reward table in MySQL mode; data/pending_rewards.yml in YAML mode
