Paper / Purpur chat
- Further improved chat handling on Paper-based servers
- The plugin no longer processes every chat message when you are not using /boss editor
- Should reduce or remove the small delay some servers noticed after 1.0.1

- Chat is no longer blocked globally on Paper (editor prompts only)
- /boss next time formatting respects your config language setting

- Replace the old JAR and restart (or reload is not enough for listener changes — restart recommended)
