BetterTeam Claim basic land claim system using team balanceIMPLEMENTED:

- Implemented worldguard hook with region blacklist included min-distance from region, if you enable and put regions-blacklist players can't claimed that region!

- Full protection for all container types (including new 1.21+ blocks: Crafter, Copper Chest variants, etc.)
- Non-team members can no longer damage or kill entities (animals, monsters, item frames, armor stands) inside claimed chunks.
- Added protection for minecarts: placement and breaking are now blocked for outsiders.
- Chest boats and storage minecarts are now also protected under the "chest access" rule.
- Updated block interaction list to cover all interactive blocks from Minecraft 1.21 - 1.21.11.
