You opened your ticket 10 minutes before writing this review, so you never really tried to get support. Feature requests are not added by default, we can only provide the features that are mentioned on the page. The plugin is also a one time purchase, so I don't understand why would you expect constant feature updates. We are happy to fix bugs, but new features are only added when there is demand for it and we also like them.

Great plugin in concept but you generally expect paid resources to work out of the box. Plugin was able to be setup but couldn't function at all when attempted to bid and when browsing support channels, solutions presented didn't fit the issue and further replies were ignored. GitHub appears to be very flooded with issues as well. I am willing to update this later on, but for now, I'm seeking a refund.
