Rewrite

• Full plugin rewrite, now supports pickaxe, axe and shovel
• Multi-break blocks are now fully configurable per tool
• Sounds are now configurable per tool with volume and pitch range
• Particles are now configurable per tool (type, color, size)
• Command changed from /amethystpickaxe to /amethyst <pickaxe|axe|shovel> <player>
