⭐ What is Addict-O-Statue?

Addict-O-Statue is a simple, lightweight, and high-performance plugin that allows players to collect and place realistic static mob statues on your server. Supporting any configurable vanilla mob type (including Creepers, Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders, Endermen, Piglins, Wither Skeletons, and more!), it is designed "sans resource pack" using customizable vanilla items/heads, making it extremely easy to integrate and customize.

Using Spigot's native PersistentDataContainer, statues are saved directly in chunk regions, ensuring 100% persistence across server restarts with zero database configuration.

✨ Key Features

• Vanilla Friendly (No Resource Packs): Statues are represented in player inventories by configurable materials (like heads, skulls, or items) with custom translated names and lore.
• Multi-Mob Configurable Drops: Configure any entity type, its activation, drop chance, and inventory display material in the configuration file.
• Exploit-Free Mob Drops: Kill configured mobs in normal survival to have a configurable percentage chance of dropping their corresponding Statue. Automatically ignores automated mob farms (requires player kill).
• Advanced Statue Mechanics: Placed statues have AI disabled, are completely silent, gravity-less (prevents falling/sliding), and invulnerable to standard damage or explosions. Includes a customizable option to show or hide the statue's name tag.
• Easy Pick-Up System: Simply left-click/punch the statue to instantly retrieve it back into your inventory.
• Zero Database Required: Automatically saves statue metadata to the entity data container, making it completely lightweight.
• Full Translation Support (i18n): Clean translation dictionaries (English & French pre-configured) with automatic fallbacks and dynamic mob name injection.

  • /as give <player> [mob_type] - Grants a Statue item of the specified mob type (defaults to CREEPER) directly to the specified player.
  • /as reload - Reloads the configurations and language dictionaries instantly.

      ⚙️ Installation Instructions
      • Place Addict-O-Statue-1.0.jar in the /plugins/ directory.
      • Restart your server to generate configurations.
      • Configure drop rates and materials per mob in config.yml.
      • Reload the plugin with /as reload and start collecting!
