- Fixed config resetting issues on restart

- 1.20.5/1.20.6 support (Make sure to update NBTAPI to latest version)
- Better Developer API documentation and some new methods
- Now using the Adventure API for Color via MiniMessage
I have made it so this will convert legacy & color codes to MiniMessage format and the &# hex format will also be converted (Note: MiniMessage is not supported in menus for now until i find a way to do it.)
Folia support has been tested now and is fully working.
