This update is a complete rewrite for improved compatibility with modern Skript and SkBee versions. The new dependency requirements are Skript 2.7.0+ and SkBee 3.1.0+.

Note that this script will no longer work properly if you update the message format to contain %message% directly! Please use [message] instead.
