BackPack 2.0

This update is a complete cleanup and modernization of the old BackPack plugin.

• Added persistent player backpack storage
• Added craftable backpack item
• Added right-click support for opening the backpack item
• Added configurable backpack size
• Added configurable title, item material, display name, lore and glow
• Added optional crafting recipe
• Added automatic saving on close, quit, kick, death and shutdown
• Added protection against putting backpacks inside backpacks
• Added legacy data migration
• Cleaned up command, config and listener systems

Important: Please make a backup before updating from an old version.
