- Added hideIfOnlyOneLevel option. If you don't want to show any level on enchantments which have only single level, you can enable this in config.yml
- Fixed mcmmo and TP_DROPS + silktouch incompatibility
- Fixed being able to push blocks by piston making them appear as "natural" and thus being able to use MORE_DROPS effect
