Fixed some bugs and implemented a mob list for adding custom mobs to the list to obtain health points back.

Added some cosmetic effects when obtaining points.

Added an ability to create a XP > Health sign using [XP 2 HP] on the top line of a sign.

known bugs: kill points do not save when players exit and rejoin the server.
