Changes:
- Fixed prevent set respawn
- Auto update 'messages.yml' and 'signs.yml' file
- Fix prevent respawn dragon
- Allow ender dragon spawn if 'prevent-dragon-respawn' is 'true' but it was not killed before
- Fixed sign break protection by non-player entities
- Fixed player teleport in unloaded resource world check
- Added GUI sounds (setting 'enable-gui-sounds' true/false in 'gui.yml'
