This is a major update focused on making the area system much more powerful and flexible.

• Completely redesigned areas.yaml structure
• Areas are now defined in a clean top-level list (no more nested under worlds)
• Priority system
• Custom regeneration triggers (Explosion, Player Break, etc.)
• Whitelist / Blacklist materials (now under attributes)
• Container handling modes
• Better naming and organization
