1.8.3 Update Changelog

Added {enchants=ENCHANTMENT:LEVEL} support for disabled trades. As well as {enchants=ALL} for disabled trades.
Added a preview for disabled items in /trademanager, so you can clearly see what it's disabling when hovering over the disabled item.
