I bought a plugin to fine-tune villagers. I removed the fletcher's trade where you swap 32 sticks for an emerald; I spawn a villager and place a fletching table, and the trade is right there. I try to buy it, but it won't let me because it's locked (well, yeah, I removed it). So why is it visible if I disabled the trade? And on top of that, there's no translation, so I can't translate those phrases. What did I pay for? I don't want to leave a bad review, but please—if a trade has been removed, make sure it doesn't show up for villagers and become an eyesore for players!

I have been using TradeManager Plus on my Skyblock server for several days and it has allowed me to completely redesign villager trading progression. The plugin is flexible, easy to configure, and offers many useful features for custom economies.

During my setup, I found a bug where vanilla items obtained from custom trades were receiving additional NBT data, preventing them from stacking with naturally obtained vanilla items. I reported the issue with detailed information and the developer quickly identified the cause and released a fix in version 1.9.3.

After updating, the problem was completely resolved.

This is a perfect plugin. If you need to change the trade in basic villagers, you can do literally everything you need with this plugin! I recommend it.

Honestly one of the best villager trade plugins I’ve used. TradeManagerPlus makes managing and customizing trades super easy without feeling overwhelming. The in game GUI is clean and intuitive, and the amount of control you get is insane.

You can fully customize trades, control stock, set cooldowns, limit trades per player, and even add conditions like time of day or weather, which adds a whole new layer to server gameplay. It also works great with custom item plugins like ItemsAdder/Nexo, which is a huge plus.

What really stands out is how frequently it’s updated and how much effort the developer puts into improving it and fixing issues quickly. You can tell it’s actively maintained and not just left behind like a lot of other plugins.

If you’re running a server and want full control over villager trades, this is 100% worth it. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Not even working, this plugin is broken and does not show my custom trades. Worst investment.

GuI doesn't support other languages at all, and there's no corresponding configuration, which has caused me a lot of trouble!

It's clear a lot of work was put into this. I used the free version for some time and my server features physical custom currency and I didn't know how I was going to make shops with the physical currency but this plugin fixed that. I now have shops via the different villager job types. This plugin works smoothly with custom items and I highly recommend it especially if you are running a physical currency economy.

Plugin is insanely feature rich. Good price for the amount of work the dev put into it.

I had a question, opened up a ticket in the discord and it was answered within an hour and the dev was polite, very informative and knew exactly how to resolve my issue. Even provided screenshots and a step by step guide!

The only thing this plugin could have to make it better would be a wiki, but other than that, the plugin is literally as good as it gets for villager trade management! 5*, 10/10, would recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience with this plugin and its support was not positive.

A core feature behaved in a way that caused serious issues for our production server. During support, the author initially stated that the behavior “looked bugged” and admitted it had not been tested and didnt have time to do it neither. Due to the impact on a live environment, we spent significant time troubleshooting and ultimately had to replace the plugin with our own solution.

Later, after a refund request was made, the issue was reframed as “working as intended”, based on configuration nuances that were not clearly documented and were not practical for our use case. At that point, the damage was already done.

When requesting a refund, the support ticket was closed unilaterally, and the discussion escalated in an unprofessional way, including accusations related to opening a PayPal dispute.

Buyers running production servers should be aware of this.
