Changes:

• Fixed LuckPerms prefixes showing raw color codes like &b in some places
• Fixed wb triggering raid protection during chat shutdown
• Fixed [item] showing the material name instead of custom item names
• Added support for setting nicknames for other players with lpcpro.nick.others
• Fixed hex color messages accidentally opening staff chat
• Improved staff chat formatting so staff chat uses the correct format file
