Hello. Nice Plugin. Exactly what is was looking for or almost :)

Would be happy if you could include something like this:

permsevendays (7 days cooldown)
permfourteen (14 days cooldown)
permbypass (unlimited skull command. I have like * in lp and i need to respect to cooldown too)

This plugin is just as perfect as your plot menu.

I would be happy to see a config in which you can set the cooldown.
