Little Late But should now be updated to current skript versions and nexo versions.

Newest version should work for 1.21.4+ removed bstats entirely.
That error I am not to sure about, as my plugin now doesn't use Bstats at all, I have never been too big a fan of telemetry data. (even though in the scope of performance it would be negligible to use bstats to see whose using it, I just really aint comfortable adding it in personally) Lol sorry for the book, open an issue on Github if the issue persists after update. :D I hadn't encountered that in my testing
