Update Log • 2.5.0 → 2.5.3
- Consume particles now display correctly in first-person, with a wider burst around you so others can see it too.
- Consume sound now plays clearly at full volume for you, and softer for nearby players.
- Fixed a 2.5.2 bug where pop-animation was not written to disk. Configs now self-heal on boot and missing keys are added automatically.
- Upgrading from a broken 2.5.2 that had totem-pop: false? Re-set pop-animation: false after restart. Everything else is kept.
- Renamed totem-pop to pop-animation.
- Configs from 2.5.0 and 2.5.1 upgrade automatically on first start.
- The pop animation now shows your custom heart texture instead of the vanilla totem, visible in both first and third person.
- Resource pack support on every item (hearts, golden hearts, revive beacon, custom hearts, GUI items) via custom-model-data. Set to 0 to disable.
- Consume effects when a heart or golden heart is used: configurable particles, sound and a pop animation.
- New console startup and shutdown banners.
