Recoded the particle spawning system to work much more efficiently
Recoded the commands to allow easier access when using them
Recoded the tab completion to be more adaptive and cleaner
Added the "placeholder" modification flag to allow PlaceholderAPI placeholders to be used as a conditional
Changed how particles are stored to be more orderly
Updated the default configuration for more clarity
...And lots more! Things overall should be much more stable and easier to use.
