This allows you to set the Value Display of the Top Holder in a single place, then it will be applied to all queries that use Value Display like the /gettop command, the value and top_query value.

- Add a central manager for permission checks
For the Ignore & Reset Permissions, there is now a central manager to check the permissions for some permission plugins. Alongside that, the LuckPerms hook now has one for permission check.
- Cache the context data for LuckPerms
- Add a metric for the amount of holders in bStats and new FastStats
This is a small anonymous metric so that I know how many holders have been created using Topper. As always, the telemetry from both bStats and FastStats can be disabled in their own config.
