Scale level update, bugfix
  • Scaling with enchant level - Damage, heal, potions, and similar effects can grow with the enchant level (e.g. level II = double strength).
  • Config messages - Fixed issues with apostrophes (e.g. don't) and missing default messages after updates.
  • Item lore - No more black or duplicate enchant names on the same line.
  • Potion creation in GUI - Simpler flow: effect → strength → duration → who gets it (you or the target).
  • Potion stacking - In config you can choose whether repeated effects stack or get replaced.

Fixed bug with incorrect poiton duration, added new config messages
- all messages now supports both & and § (& is now included in default config)
- fixed bug with incorrect potion duration - these were in ticks instead of seconds
