Players can now access their inaccesible items due to a downsizing of the enderchest by using the command /retrieveender.

This command can also be used by admins/console to open a retrieval inventory of another player.

Usage: /retrieveender <Player> [(Optional)Other Player] - Opens the enderchest retriever for ''Player''. If ''Other Player'' is specified, The enderchest retriever of ''Other Player'' will be opened for ''Player'''
