Mention System Improvements and Fixes
If an @Mention isn't mentioning anyone or the player doesn't have permission it doesn't get colored. If a mention in chat is mentioning someone else it'll appear gray by default, but it appears yellow for the person being mentioned. In prior releases, all mentions were the same color even if you weren't individually being mentioned.
