Description:
- Adds mic and speaker select back in.
- Adds an Update Checker
- Fixes hidden usages of SvgCore before being initialized.
- rebuilds file-system
- Updates gradle to 9.5.0
- Creates an AuthLimiter to prevent people from spamming and getting into other's accounts.
- This results in a 5 minute lockout. To bypass, run /svg pswd in-game for the user.
- New Commands:
- /svg reload. Reloads _some_ of the configuration.
- /svg checkUpdate- admin command to check for plugin updates from modrinth.

Upgrading:
- Players will have to do /svg pswd <password> again. (Yes I know). You can delete the password.json file.
Mainly an internal change.

Fixes Issues:
- fixes #39- Readded mic select data. To be tested
- fixes #41- Fixed hidden usages of SvgCore before it is initialized.
