CustomModelData Support

Resource pack creators can now give quest scrolls completely custom textures, perfect for matching your server's visual identity or theme.

• Per-rarity custom textures - Assign unique CustomModelData values to each of the 5 rarity tiers via config.yml
• Separate textures for in-progress vs completed quests - Scrolls automatically swap textures the moment a quest is finished, giving players instant visual feedback
• Fully optional - Set to 0 (default) to use the vanilla item texture, no resource pack required
• Mix and match - Use custom textures only for Legendaries and leave Commons vanilla, or fully customize every tier, your call
