Minor Addition
This patch is purely to provide a way of disabling the custom death messages.

Added:
- 3 Switches (Configuration/Command/GUI Menu)

In the config - Line 20/21 (true/false)
/pb death - Enables/Disables Messages
/pb admin - Opens the admin GUI, click the skeleton skull to Enable/Disable
