Let players know where they are with simple area announcements. | Spigot/Paper/Folia 1.12-26.1+Action Bar Update
- Several action bar behaviors can now be customized via config.yml.
- When keep-alive is set to true, the action bar message is refreshed continuously while the player remains inside the area (default).
- When keep-alive is set to false, the message is shown only once on entry and fades out naturally after approximately 3 seconds (previous behavior).
- Setting force-clear-on-exit to true clears the action bar immediately upon exit (previous behavior).
