Adds:
- support 1.21.11
- gamerule management in default template and world setting
- the management by NoBuildPlus is only supported at 1.15.2 and higher
- compatible with new gamerules beginning at 1.21.11 and the legacy ones before 1.21.11
- You can now change the mode in the menu to set flag or gamerule
- some sounds when clicking menu items
- debug option in config.yml

Changes:
- code optimization of menu
- you can get back to the previous menu page after typing "cancel" during text editing mode

Please delete settings.yml and let it re-generates if you are updating NoBuildPlus to this version!
