### New Neon Update after 11+ months is here with a lot of fixes and new stuff

- chat bubble system
- chat radius system
- update checker
- version support on start p which shows if your on an stable or unstable mc version

- unused files nothing special

- all reported bugs (report if you encounter one)
- auto response being sent after the message
- anti link not working at all (reverted code so its now the old one with false positives for now till 1.3)
