Shynixn/BlockBall#679 Added a new selection type called outer_field. The outer_field (forcefield) and the field (playable area) is the same when using the default configuration. However, you may want your players to be able to move outside the playable area for certain scenarios.
Shynixn/BlockBall#698 Added a new countdown chat message, which appears every 10 seconds and the last 5 seconds during the lobby countdown.
