Hi everyone, status update here this time with another update.

I haven't been feeling well for the past few months, and there is just one reason for that. A single mosquito.

I'm back from death's door, following one hundred and twenty days of fighting the viral infection in my spinal cord.

On the plus side, after all that, and many sleepless nights later, I'm officially immune to West Nile virus.

Moving forward, I'll need to conserve energy for a while, this isn't something that can heal overnight - as I have a spinal cord injury (SCI) my lungs are at risk of collapse if I don't stay at rest, after a quite-not-insignificant amount of swelling in my spine, they are but mostly functional at the moment.

• Banning alts will now only occur when IP banning players, not with regular account bans.
• Hidden accounts from `hidden_dupeip_players`, when targeted, will now give an empty list of results.
• Reduced the default `offline_tab_size` to a more optimal value (4000)
• Improved cache memory management to reduce peak memory usage.

Fixes:

• Fixed `--delete` flag not working on deactivated punishments.
• Fixed consecutive warnings being considered duplicates when importing.
• Fixed an unusual Bedrock related error due to multithreaded player registration.
• Fixed a rare Folia-specific startup error.
• Fixed a rare Fabric-specific error relating to console commands that happens if the console disappears from memory while the command is busy running.

Minor fixes:

• Fixed an error that can occur in tab complete if you banned a user named '.' or '*' (empty bedrock username)
• Fixed an error when using kick command with no player specified.
• Fixed specifying user that has never joined the server before via UUID in commands.
• Fixed checking mutes via API invalidating IP mutes with a different specified IP than current IP of IP-muted user whose account is not targeted by the mute.
