Since there are cases where a user would go to my server and ask whether the plugin would be updated without providing any reason, and there are cases where someone would misunderstand the future rework as "The author will not provide support for the current plugin", I took this update and put a notice here. First, I don't believe in meaningless updates. Whenever I post an update of a plugin, there are always reasons behind it that can be seen in the change logs. Therefore, if you want an update, you must provide a reason for it, in the form of a bug report or a feature request. Mindlessly requesting an update without providing a reason for it would not make the situation any better, as I won't understand what you need just from that. Second, as seen in this announcement, a rewrite is being planned. It doesn't mean I would abandon the current plugin, as I have been posting bug-fixes updates since that announcement and there is no line in that mentioning me abandoning the plugin. The rewrite is still being planned, but there is no guarantee about the certain time it will finish. For now, I'm still posting updates with bug-fixes for the current versions. Finally, the Discord server is always the place you can go to ask for support. However, please be civil and follow the rules there. It's a one-man support channel so the respond time is not consistent, please be patient and your questions will be answered by me.
