- Fixed breaking connected blocks and made the items drop closer together to make it easier to pick them up and less likely for them to be all over the place.
- Switched "portalbreaking.bypass.activated" permission to "hpb.bypass" to simplify things.
- Fixed break-requires-silk-touch.
- Added no-silk-msg to config, which is sent if the player tries to break a portal without silk touch.
- Organized the config a little better.
- Optimized some code.
- Added optional hpb.use permission. (toggleable in config)
- Improved hook checks to fix possible bugs with hooks.
- Modified default messages in config to make more sense.

Although this update was tested on my server and it seemed to work as intended, I did change a lot of the plugin's code in this update, so please report any bugs in the Discord server.
