- Fixed region protection listener. (1ce889c)
- Fixed onLeashEvent and onPlayerUnleashEntity, block is directly checking the instance of a block data, not a block.
- Fixed onBlockGrow, missing EventHandler annotation.
- Fixed wither damage, cancelling the entire event on block list update.
- Removed duplicate onEntityDamageByEntity.
- Removed duplicate onWitherBlockChange.
