Halloween World 3.0

This update is a major rework of Halloween World with many new and improved features.

• Updated Halloween world generation
• Added and improved graves, ruins, pumpkins, haunted trees and loot chests
• Added portal system for the Halloween world
• Improved Herobrine boss fight with skin support, boss bar and fight phases
• Added/updated Wraith boss fight with spooky effects and phases
• Added configurable boss health
• Added German and English language support
• Added whitelist system
• Added new commands for reload, reset, teleport, spawn, language and feature toggles
• Added more config options for world content and special item behavior
• Improved random Halloween actions, sounds, particles and effects
• Fixed multiple bugs and cleaned up older systems

Important: If you are updating from an older version, please check your config files and make a backup before resetting or regenerating the Halloween world.
