Major Enhancements & Compatibility Fixes

Move Configurable Menu (menu.yml)

The entire /stats GUI is now driven by menu.yml – change materials, names, lore, slots and even add your own buttons without touching any code.
Placeholders like %kills%, %deaths%, %playtime%, %kd%, %server% and %world% are automatically replaced with real values in the menu.

New Statistics

Death causes – know how many times a player died by VOID, FALL, DROWNING, ENTITY_ATTACK… (%epicstats_death_cause_VOID% etc.) All causes https://helpch.at/docs/1.21/org/bukkit/event/entity/EntityDamageEvent.DamageCause.html
Flight time & distance/sprinted – records time spent flying (creative + elytra) and blocks travelled while flying.
All new stats respect the tracking settings in Config.yml.

Critical Fixes

Fixed SQLITE_BUSY errors by serializing all SQLite writes on a single thread.
Fixed compatibility with 1.8 (removed modern API calls like isGliding() that crashed the move listener).
Fixed MiniMessage colors breaking on 1.8 when using <> placeholders.
